The Beginning

--The Name:
Why My Story--Inked in Blood? First of all it's a reference to the fact that my story as a follower of Christ is written in blood. I was bought at a price (Acts 20:28) and that price was Christ's death--His blood. Secondly, writing is hard, as any other writer knows, and it often feels like I'm pouring my heart out on the page--like I'm writing with blood. Thirdly, I like the name. In all truth this explanation barely scratches the surface.

--The Story:
My current story or project is my novel, Broken.

--The Purpose:
To give me a place to share my stories and experiences as a writer and through that to share about Jesus and what He's done for me. To give you, the reader, something to read and think deeply about.

Insert "Quotable and Catchy Phrase" here,

  1. So concise :P I don't know how you keep from rambling like me.

  2. Haha, I'm not always so concise. I am a typically to the point (aka blunt) person, which sometimes passes for concise. I ramble sometimes, but I don't know, it's just not my way usually. I don't think you ramble either, you may be more lengthy (You seem to be more detail oriented sometimes) than me, but you don't ramble. As long as you're relevant it's not really rambling. Now I feel like I'm rambling--Oh well!
